As I reflect on my childhood, I realize that being a vegetarian wasn’t a choice I consciously made – it felt like it was predestined.
According to my parents, they tried several times to feed me non-vegetarian food, but I always spat it out. It felt like I was allergic to meat.
After multiple attempts and tired of trying, they thought I would eventually start eating it on my own, but that never happened.
As I grew up, I discovered my deep love for animals, and that’s when I began to understand my purpose in life.
I believe that some things are decided from above even before we are born.
Being a vegetarian and an animal lover is my purpose in life, and it was decided for me even before I was born. While many people struggle to find their purpose in life, I feel blessed to have always known what I wanted to do.
This purpose later evolved into Oxsa Nepal, where my team and I focus on animal welfare through spaying and neutering.
Talking about my love for animals has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, bringing me immense joy and fulfillment.
As human beings, I believe that we all have a purpose in life. Some of us discover it early, while others take years to find it. And some of us may never discover it at all.
I want to take this opportunity to appreciate all those who are doing their part to make this world a better place.
Whether it’s protecting the environment, helping the needy, or spreading joy and happiness, every little bit counts. As tiny particles of this universe, we all have a role to play in making this world a better place to live.
I hope it has given you a glimpse into my life and the purpose I believe I was meant to fulfill.
