Tinu
Meet Tinu, our vigilant “CCTV” and doorbell. Though tiny, she plays a big role in our shelter, observing everything from her favorite high spot.
Tinu, once the size of a smartphone, has grown to the size of a cushion, and her unique charm makes her an indispensable part of our family.
How We Found Tinu
During our daily feeding campaign, we encountered a tiny puppy who instantly captured our hearts. We named her Tini Mini, or Tinu for short. She was incredibly small, about the size of a smartphone, with eyes no larger than corn seeds.
She was so delicate that we worried holding her might hurt her. We weren’t sure who abandoned Tinu, but we knew it wasn’t safe for her.
While the dogs we feed are generally friendly, they can become protective of their territory, especially when they feel threatened. To protect Tinu, we placed her in our feeding bucket and brought her home.
Despite her adorable appearance, Tinu never got adopted, likely because she is a female dog. Leaving her back on the streets was not an option, so she became part of our family.
Tinu learned to climb the stairs to get to her favorite spot but always needs our help to come down.
